The restaurant :
Located right at the city gates, the restaurant offers six different rooms and a terrace, combining both modern flair and ancient traditions. Forged ahead a cuisine completely traditional but yet inventive, creative, and serious as much as impish, the place seems to fly away from the surrounding world, like an urbane, poetic and quiet place.

The menu :
Our evening and week-end menu reveals its flavour, where each season bring to light its colours, according to traditions, but also to fancy and taste of Christophe Aubisse and his team. Four menus from twenty five euros to eighty euros, complete this gourmand symphony, available to suit everybody’s needs. Lunch menu, served from tuesday to friday, offers great value for money at nineteen euros including starter, main course and dessert, from a range of different options.

The restaurant also opens the possibility of tasting its exquisite range of cheeses, exclusive of our local producers, as well as its generous mix of desserts, presented in a dessert-holder and its wine, carefully selected and proposed by our sommelier, in order to create a beautiful harmony with your dishes. Group meals, business ansd seminar deals :
Specific arrangement (starting from thirty euros, wine and coffee included) are suggested to group with more than ten people, in dinning rooms which can be privatized and adapted according to your expectations.
